of the quality, which has to become an integral part of all activities
and components of our organization, for continuous improvement
and customer’s satisfaction. In order to fulfil this commitment,
Fraccaroli e Balzan S.p.A considers that the most important tools
are the following:
Clear and shared goals: determination, clearness and shareness,
at all levels, of the goals to achieve are crucial elements for
a continuous improvement.
During the Re-examination of the Quality System, the Management
evaluates the results obtained for the current year and decides
the goals for the next year, fixing them in the Quality Plan.
The System for Quality Management takes care of the above goals,
controlling their status during periodical quality meetings (at
least every two months)
A simple System for Quality Management, designed to be a working
tool, deriving from the experience and knowledge by the system’s
users, who contribute to its evolution.
An efficient activity for awareness, instruction and training
at all levels, as a mean for the cooperators to get involved and
grow, for a continuous improvement of performances.
