Two-column block cutter with disc of big diameter (from 2000 mm to 3500 mm) allows to cut slabs of any thickness from granite or marble blocks.

On the bridge, manufactured in electro-welded steel, are fabricated the guides, where the disc trolley runs. The lifting and the lowering of the bridge is carried out by means of two bronze screw nuts fit with an anti-collapse system.

The disc-carrying trolley, operated through an inverter-controlled motor, slides on the above guides by means of four interchangeable sliding blocks in a special wear-proof synthetic material.

The block-carrying trolley can be provided with a rotating table equipped with hydraulic clamping.

The machine is controlled through an electrical panel board complete with PLC, which allows the programming of cutting cycles and smooth approaches to the block at the start of the cutting process, to make the insertion of the disc into the block easier.
