The diamond wire profiling machine Mod. FB/SAG 150 is designed to cut various shapes from marble, granite and stone blocks, columns, shells for column cladding, frames, letters, profiles, monuments, street furniture.

The down cutting movement of the diamond wire, the translation of the block carrying trolley and the rotation of the table (when present) are activated by Brushless CNC-controlled motors.

The tensioning of the diamond wire is obtained by a pneumatic cylinder located on board of the machine, with the possibility to adjust the pressure.

The CAD/CAM package allows the realization of the tool path in Iso Standard language, the expected length of time for processing and the bi-dimensional graphic simulation. Moreover, changing directly the tool path is always possible. Advanced CAD functions are included for the correct management of the design.
