The open-frame gangsaws Mod. FB/25-A and FB/40-A are manufactured with the help of state-of the-art technology. Accuracy and easy operation of the machine ensure at the same time cutting precision, high efficiency and long life of the blades.

The gangsaw is basically constituted by a square-type structure, which allows the passage of the block carrying trolley under it and therefore the cut of blocks in subsequent steps. This structure, on which the guide ways for the vertical movement of the blade carrying trolleys are realized, is located on top of four sliding groups and moves along them with an alternate motion through a rod-crank system. The guide ways are interchangeable, realized in special steel, hardened and ground.

The flywheel unit is designed in such a way to provide a high ratio between the inertial force of the rotating mass and the inertial force of the alternative mass.

The hydraulic stretcher makes it possible to easily equip and dismantle the gang saw, and it can distribute the same tension on every single blade.
